ORDERING: FOR BETTER SERVICE PLEASE GIVE US YEAR & MODEL & MAKE OF THE CAR YOU ARE REQUESTING RADIATOR FOR. 2.  PERFORMANCES: All information on this site is provided to our best ability. We do not assume any responsibility for errors and or incorrect application.   OEM prices and Photographs on the site are for reference only. 3.  PRICES: Due to constant price fluctuation on OEM parts and foreign currencies, prices are subject to change without prior notice. 4.  RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:  All engines & cylinder heads are inspected before delivery.  However Damage may occur during handling.  We request that customers inspect all engines & cylinder heads upon delivery.  R-A-E does not assume any responsibility for damage after inspection and signing by the purchaser at the time of delivery.  All other returns will not be accepted after 14 days from purchase date with out authorization from R-A-E.  Damaged, or altered engines & cylinder heads will not be accepted. Driver signature on the invoice proves he or she checked the engines & cylinder heads for any defects; (damage & wrong) at your present. We will not accept any damage engines & cylinder heads or wrong engines & cylinder heads after driver & you signs the invoice. All returns shell be accompanied by an original receipt from Rebuilt Auto Engines or its assignee. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless caused by our error. 5.  DAMAGE CLAIMS: Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for orders shipped via common carrier. 6.  PAYMENT:  All sales must be paid via credit cards, cashier checks or money orders. Returned checks are subject to $25 service charge.  Dishonored checks are subject to penalty set by the California State Law (Chapter 522 Sec 1719) and all other related collection cost including attorney fees.  7.  R-A-E does not warranty any labor cost incurred during installation, and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of any its parts. engines & cylinder heads have a 7-year 70,000 miles warranty with a proof of invoice. 8.  By purchasing engines & cylinder heads from R-A-E you are assuming all responsibility.
